Hey, I am Corrie
From an early age, I knew that I wanted to tell stories with pictures. After completing my education as an industrial clerk, I followed my passion in 1998 and became a photographer. After passing my master's examination, I founded Art & Light Photography in 2004.
Until 2012, I ran my own studio, specializing in people photography. But my true passion led me elsewhere—to horses, which have shaped my life since childhood. I began photographing international equestrian sports in 2008. Since then, I have covered countless major international western equestrian shows in Germany and Europe.
I also had the privilege of spending several unforgettable years photographing for Waltenberry at the NRHA Futurity in Oklahoma City and for Forrest Photography at the NCHA Super Stakes and the NCHA Futurity in Fort Worth, Texas.
I have been living in my chosen home of Bavaria since 2012.
Horses have been a part of my life since childhood—growing up on a farm in the Odenwald region, I was in the saddle before I could walk. Today, I combine this lifelong connection to horses with my passion for photography—a combination that shapes and inspires my work.
