Alle Bilder von Art & Light unterliegen gesetzlich dem Copyright.
Es ist NICHT gestattet Fotos von Wittelsbürger oder anderen Plattformen sowie von unseren Webseiten downzuloaden und für eigene Zwecke zu veröffentlichen (z.b. die Veröffentlichung auf der eigenen Homepage, bei Facebook oder in Verkaufsanzeigen). Für jedes gestohlene Foto berechnen wir EUR 50.-
Es ist dabei unerheblich, ob es sich um eine kommerzielle oder private Seite handelt. Ebenso ist es NICHT gestattet von Papierabzügen Scans zu fertigen und diese dann zu veröffentlichen oder zu vervielfältigen.
Alle Fotos die in digitaler Form gekauft werden sind inklusive Copyright. Sie können die Fotos zu eigenen Werbezwecken nutzen, es ist jedoch nicht gestattet die Fotos an Dritte weiterzugeben, die damit ihre Produkte bewerben oder einen kommerziellen Nutzen damit erzielen (zb. Futtermittelhersteller, Kalender) Fotos für die kommerzielle Nutzung Dritter müssen direkt bei uns gekauft werden. Auf der anderen Seite geben wir keine Fotos ohne Ihre Einwilligung zur kommerziellen Nutzung frei.

By law, copyright belongs to the maker of an image. You own the print that you purchased, but we own the usage rights. NO form of reproduction, including copying, or saving of printed pictures, or downloading (e.g. Wittelsbürger, our website) and the publication of said image files, is authorized (e.g. publication on your own website, on facebook or advertising) We will charge EUR 50.- for every stolen picture!
Every photo purchased as a digital file includes copyright and you may use the image for advertising your horse, farm or training operation, however, you do NOT have the right to give our images to a third party to advertise products, such as feed, tack or insurance or for inclusion in a product such as calendars, clocks, art work etc. Images for commercial use must come from us and a usage fee will be charged. On the other hand, we won‘t release an image for commercial use without your permission.
